Hey Bubs, it's not a bother or spam, had you posted as SC I am sure the response would have been different. Look at it from the viewpoint of someone unknown to us showing up and making the post.

Also give us some credit, no one deleted your post like FS MAY have done. If they did delete, take no offense, thats par for the course over there......just ask some SC about it.

Many of us, myself included, had no clue as to your being an SC member.

As for the fun being poked at you for the typo that is standard fare for the forums, all in fun, no harm intended.

BTW.....if you have ever met OrangeMarlin then you would know what I mean, he was like having a teacher grade your spelling , and he was merciless.

I was trying to get a March Madness Pool going with the NCAA Basketball Brackets that started today.  We gots about 12 people in there and I was just trying to see if I could get 100000000000 Bizzillion people to make it more fun.  12 will do cause now it is too late to sign up.  Tournament already started.

Hoops Brackets are a way of gambling or obtaining bragging rights on how well you can pick the winners in the in the end of season college basketball championship. Hoops is a slang term for basketball.

The competition starts out with 64 teams that are selected by comittee or by winning a qualifying conference championship.

There are 4 regions of 16 teams each, teams are "seeded" 1-16 in each region with the best team, determined by committee, getting the number one seed in each region, the weekest gets 16.

There can be lots of arguments about who gets in and who does not and also their seeding in the regions.

The winners move on, the loser is gone. Last one left is called the NCAA Champion. NCAA = National Collegiate Athletic Association

Picking the winners is a big time gambling venture in the states. I know nothing about basketball nor do I care to so I do not bother. I can make a fool of myself in better ways than picking basketball winners.

BTW....the Greek National Team would probably beat any one of the college teams.
