The cold invasion from the north had hit the capital of Greece, which is located in an area usualy very much protected from this kind of phaenomena. We talk for things that happen every 50 years.
Tempatures are under 0C for 2nd day and that makes everything icy.
Today Athens is a paralyzed city! All streets are icy, buses cant work, train, metro, tram, even taxis can't function. The roads are extremenly dangerous for pedestrians and cars. I dont think anyone would go to work today expept from qualified ice skaters

This is too extreme for Athens we are not used as ppl are in Montreal for example.
