I need MOHAA help

To any PC gurus out there I need your help...
I am trying to connect to the Bug MOHAA Freeze Tag server and my pc wont let me connect.. It says "Server Connection Timed Out"... I tried disabling my firewall but that didnt help...

PLEASE HELP!!! Otherwise I cant play SH with you kids..  ???
