My firewall that comes with my windows xp slows down my computer. What will be a better one firewall I can download and use for free?

Your firewall wont slow down your computer. The windows xp stacking will. Ile share a link with you and let you read/learn from there. If you still have questions after visiting the pages there ile try to translate. It is pretty straight forward though and you should have no trouble.
