Update, there has been continuing problems and tickets submitted, let's see how the latest fix goes.

Another "script" has been removed.

I have to say response time has been much better, what seems to work best is reopening a previously closed Ticket. Seems to get faster attention than submitting a new one.

Ongoing dialogue, response time improved during working hours.

Has to be something bigger that just our site.

Down last night again, ticket had not been answewred but site went back up.

So they are doing something beyond just our complaints.

It seems to be back to normal on my end. Yesterday it was still a bit slow but better. Today is like old times. Great job at customer relations Shamu.  ;)

I should also note this is from a tech rep not previously associated with our tickets, maybe it was kicked "upstairs". Who know's, we'll see how things go from here.
