While playing on another server the other day (BuR- Jessie and girls )some players were told to go to Spectate while being screenshot.....I was the third to be screenshot. I asked what the purpose was but got no reply. Anybody know what they are doing? Were we being suspected of cheating? Or is there another reason for doing this? They say if you don't upload your screenshots to them within 24 hours you will be banned. I reviewed the screenshots and see nothing of use, but then again I'm not sure what they are looking for.

It's a form of cheat detect, was even used in TWL matches where the observer could force the screen shot and they would hve to be submitted to TWL

What I don't undertand is being told to go to Spectate for the screenshot. In Spectate you are not in the game and the idea of screen shots with TWL was to see the game as you see it during the match.

However beware the Bur, I have quite good information that they themselves will run ghost mods. Good enough that I will not play there anymore.

I play in some of their servers on occasion... never been asked that,nor have I ever had a problem in their server...

If I'm not mistaken, I think Lastman is new to their clan and was execising some rcon muscle.
The other two screenshot before me didn't seem to be the cheating type, at least judging by their scores. I've never been questioned by Nick Fury, Mrs. Freeze or any other longtime BuR members....perhaps because they've been on my team, where Lastman was on opposite team and his scores were so-so. And Mrs. Freeze even got to spectate me one day in Omaha when there were 11 players on each team and I was last Allie alive...kill half the axis, thaw most of the allies and finish (winning the round) with a total of 29 points for just that round alone. Oh well... :-\

They have you go into spectate so you have a 3rd person view of another player. this way they can check for glow skins. sometimes when a Forced screen shot is takeing (esp in a set of 3 SS) they dont get exacully what they want while you trying to play. Sometimes a forced SS in the game will not show any other players, smoke, trees, ect. This way they will be able to see if the person your spectateing is glowing or not. Most of the time they are takein random just to keep all in check. Or somebody is new to foresite and want to play a bit.. lol
